Sharon Allen leads Pizzale Design Inc. with over 28 years of experience in the architecture and design community. Known for her personalized approach, Sharon creates welcoming, functional spaces that reflect each client’s unique lifestyle.
A long-time Oakville resident, Sharon is committed to the client-first culture Pizzale Design is known for, collaborating closely with clients, builders, and suppliers. She oversees projects from start to finish with care, creativity, and attention to detail.
Under her leadership, the firm continues to deliver timeless, stylish interiors across Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, and beyond—helping clients bring their vision to life in spaces that feel truly their own.
MARIA "GABRIELA" SOSA
INTERMEDIATE DESIGNER
Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and a Diploma in Interior Decorating from Humber College. Her work experience in Ecuador was developed in residential projects such as buildings and housing in small and large scale.
As a designer, she has a strong understanding of how interiors come together, from the architecture of a space, to the furniture and soft furnishings that fill it. For Maria, spaces truly work when balance is created through contrast. They should tell a story about the people who inhabit them. Her design is directed to a modern style, based on an open floor plan, clean lines, lack of fussy adornments and the use of natural materials.
JENNIFER HILL
Senior Designer
Jennifer has ‘an eye’ for all things beautiful and interesting. She finds inspiration from unique fabrics and pieces that have organic lines. Her designs have a sense of authenticity, which tends to create warm and welcoming spaces.
As an Interior Decorating graduate from Sheridan College, she has turned her passion into a career while her creativity and positive energy is always evident in her designs. She believes it is important to live comfortably in an environment that brings you joy. Great design can change the way you live, so get out there and explore it!

With a background spanning customer care, administration, and human resources, Marcha’s diverse experience allows her to navigate challenges with professionalism and grace. She has a proven ability to keep projects and communications running smoothly while always keeping the client’s experience top of mind.
